Working with us was a certain risk for Vladislav - we are definitely not the kind of clients who fully embrace the style in which the designer specializes. I do not like the term "modern classics"; in my opinion, such style does not exist. All designs are now done with modern materials, with modern approaches in planning and engineering solutions, and differ only in coloristic and the degree of decoration.
It was the understanding that construction is first and foremost engineering, not just a pretty picture, that became the starting point of our work. Working with kyde is working with professionals. Responsible attitude to details, careful study of planning, excellent drawings (huge package of documents with electrics, plumbing, the layout of tiles and coatings). The engineers of the company that were implementing the project to life claimed that these were some of the most detailed and understandable drawings they had seen.
We have changed the layout several times and have NEVER heard a refusal, "I can't, I don’t have time, come back tomorrow". The communication is 24/7. There were a few moments where I insisted on my decision, and I really regretted not listening to Vladislav's advice - it was more expensive in every sense.
When, after finishing the project, we asked Vlad for help, help was there instantly.
As for the changes that life itself brings to the project. Something is removed from production, something becomes considerably more expensive, and by the end of the construction it becomes critical - replacements are, alas, inevitable. But when the style vector is set, the arrangement is defined and planning decisions are made, changes in details will not lead to changes in the whole concept of the project and the result will be what was intended.

Hi Vladislav, I would like to thank you once again from the bottom of my heart for making my dreams come true! I have been enjoying life in my apartment, which you have planned so stylishly and yet functionally! I am so comfortable in my new home! Everything is well thought out. Your plan turned out so realistic and even better than what was in the picture!!! I constantly get compliments and admiration for the style and quality of the design from friends, neighbors, and guests! I remember how worried I was and before the house was finished I watched you and many others on Instagram for a WHOLE YEAR... I am so happy that I trusted my intuition and chose you! The first construction in my life and it was in THREE apartments at the same time, the high-level design! It was serious work for which I will not get tired to thank you! The result is beyond my expectations! Thank you for putting your heart and talent into my apartments, for the fact you were so responsible, carefully managed the entire process from beginning to end! For the fact that you calmly endured my hundreds of questions and doubts))

Honestly speaking, we have chosen them intuitively, after communicating in person and looking at the activity on social networks and the Youtube channel. I can say with confidence I am 100% satisfied with the choice.
We worked on the maximum plan with the designer's supervision, kitting, and a full set of documentation (including the layout of absolutely all walls, TOR for all furniture). The project was done in time, in total it took about 2.5 months.
All of our wishes from the questionnaire were taken into account, they suggested a small redevelopment, which we happily agreed to. There were no complaints or disputes. In general, I can strongly recommend the guys to cooperate. We are planning to start implementing the project a little later, so, unfortunately, can’t share the results for now.
